Nourish Counseling & Coaching

Hi, Thanks for visiting!

Life is a journey that is often filled with highs and lows, which may leave us feeling overwhelmed by stress, stuck, isolated, craving change, and struggling to find joy in our relationships, work, and ourselves. I am passionate about working with my clients to manage these stressors in a way that fosters personal insight and growth. I want to see my clients thrive!

I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, and women. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients to feel welcome and accepted. Practicing a holistic approach to counseling and coaching that considers the whole person, not just the presenting issue, I work with my clients to provide encouragement, support, and the gentle accountability often needed for change.

I utilize an integrative approach, incorporating techniques from :

Wellness Based Therapies (Humanistic & Person-Centered)

Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT)

Dialectical Behavioral Informed Therapy (DBT)

Experiential Therapy

“To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else, is the greatest accomplishment.”
